On one edge of my car's radiator hose, it's turned a Bluish color. But the rest of the hose is Dark Black.

It was recently installed 2 months ago. Is it normal for the end of the hose to be turning a blue color?
Might coud be a defective hose. If it's turning blue, it may be a sign that the rubber is decomposing. My only concern is, where is the decomposing rubber going? Into the radiator and/or engine's cooling plumbing. That could be a problem in the future.
