Or a rebuilt used one.
I cant find a single web site with simple and plain info on engines for sale...

What engine do you need to replace? What model class A do you have. Too many factors to quote a price here. I know an in-frame rebuild of a Detroit Diesel series 60 costs $12k. I suspect a complete engine swap for you could be double that.
